BBQ Sauce
Delicious BBQ sauce recipe for your summer outdoor cooking.
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 7 tbsp wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 7 tbsp tomato pureé
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 100g onion, chopped
- 4tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 4 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add onion and garlic. Gently fry for 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, pureé, salt and pepper and cook for a further 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring it to boil. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
