Cranberry Sauce
- 70g granulated sugar
- 170g cranberries (fresh)
- 4 tablespoons water
Place the cranberries into a saucepan, together with water (do not add the sugar yet). Bring to the boil, cover with lid and simmer for about 8 minutes, until the cranberries softens. Remove from the heatand stir in the sugar, until dissolved. Serve warm or cold.
