Cranberry Sauce


This sauce recipe is typicall for the Christmas. It is great served with roast turkey and other poultry.

  • 170g cranberries
  • 70g granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons water

Put the cranberries into the saucepan. Add water – don’t add the sugar yet. Bring to the boil, cover with lid and simmer for about 5 minutes until the fruit pops and softens. Remove from heat, and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
