Hot Sauce
This is an interpretive sauce recipe, so you need to get a little creative. But creativity is what spawned it. No matter what, result will be very hot, and very delicious.
- 5 medium cloves of garlic
- vinegar (apple or balsamic)
- lime juice
- squirt of honey
- 10 Habanero peppers
- salt
Put all ingredients except peppers and honey in the blender and blend until smooth. Add Habanero peppers and blend until peppers chopped. Add honey, and blend for about 20 seconds. The result should be fairly thick sauce, containing only very small particles of peppers and garlic.
